Job Title: Travel Manager.
Location: Lagos.

Responsibilities
Travel Planning and Coordination:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our travel services, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.
- Develop and customize travel packages to meet client needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and arrangements.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Offer travel advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring they have all necessary information for their trips.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of travel consultants, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and service quality.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Promote travel packages and services through various channels.
Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage the travel department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Track and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor travel advisories and provide risk management support, including travel insurance and emergency assistance.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel records and client databases.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving travel services and operational processes.
