Candidate Profile
- HND/BSc in Accounting / Business Admin / Information Technology/Computer science.
Exposure to information systems such as online ordering tools, CRM, document converters, etc. - Good understanding and use of SAP are an advantage, and proficiency in the use of Business Objects.
Activities
- Ensure prompt and accurate daily customization of an average of 800 B2B and B2C cards for clients across the 36 states in the country.
- Prepare and analyze polling reports for over 502 EPTs to ensure a minimum of 90% daily polling across over 480 stations currently using Total Card and 13 customer service centers in line with the global group procedure for PC1.
- Effecting price changes for all products configured on the TotalEnergies Card platform after necessary approvals are confirmed.
- Effecting changes in dealers linked to station profiles and following up with SAD to do the same to ensure sales revenues are posted to the right account.
- Maintain records of consumables used in card activity (e.g., EPT, stationary) to ensure timely replenishment of such consumables in the back office.
- Maintain accurate and proper records of over 100,000 cards worth 1 million euros in the different card stock types and be responsible for ensuring adequate stocks of cards.
- Provides technical assistance to about 480 service stations, 13 CSCs, and partner users in person, via email, or over the phone. This includes, where necessary, the resolution of technical challenges.
- Ensure quarterly card destruction for over 1,000 cards is done timely and efficiently.
- Attend to card queries and inquiries from 13 CSCs, about 480 service stations, and partner users.
- Retrieve faulty EPTs from the field, configure replacements, and dispatch them to the various sales areas.
- Bi-weekly preventive maintenance on the 3 Zebra ZXP series 7 printers to avoid breakdowns and print errors.
- Ensure timely software updates are done on the 502 EPTs as upgraded versions are released.
- Confirmation of payment on SAP for daily crediting of over 3 million naira on newly customized cards.
- Run tests of innovations and any approved integrations. Inventory of returned expired cards from the front office and ensure proper safekeeping with the card business manager or sales administrator.
Context & Environment
- The job holder will be based in Lagos-Head office and reports to the Card Business Manager.
- Responsible for innovating and offering efficient after sales service.
- Fully involved in the day-to-day activities of the Back office while ensuring accurate and efficient response to customer enquiries.
- Be the solution provider between the card (F/O) activities and third parties i.e. customers, service stations, Card clients, Head Office staff and territorial staff.
- Requires frequent field visits for trainings and sensitization on new features added to the card technology.
- The job requires being responsive to received customization and other technical related card requests.
- As the processes are supported by modern information systems, it is key to be computer literate and effective. While the tasks are repetitive, it calls for creativity and good judgment to offer customers optimal solutions to their critical business needs.
- It requires multi-tasking and ability to prioritize in view of continuous flow of customer requests through various communication channels (Front-office and Customer Service Centers).
