Job Title: Salon Manager.

Job Description

• As our Salon Manager you will be responsible to ensure exceptional service for our clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a positive salon atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and salon policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and support personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and manage the salon’s calendar.
• Maintain inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of salon management software and point-of-sale systems.

Salary

N180,000 – N250,000 / Month.
