Job Title: Sales Lead.

Location: Igbo Efon, Lekki, Lagos.
Contract Type: Full-time.

 

Job Description

  • We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our team at Pella Group (Ikorodu). For this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, ensuring productivity, identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the company’s overall success.

  • Outdoor Marketing.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting.
  • Budget Management.
  • Performance Evaluation.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Outdoor marketing or similar roles, preferably in a related industry.
  • Applicant must reside around Ikorodu environs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Minimum of HND in any field.
  • 1 – 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in a Microfinance or Insurance sector is a plus.

 

Salary

N80,000 per month (with commission on sales).
