Location: Ikeja, Lagos.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly intelligent, innovative, and business-oriented Operations Support Executive to ensure seamless operations for our healthcare aviation team.
  • This role is essential in managing emergency responses, coordinating service delivery, nurturing partnerships, and supporting digital outreach.
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting life-saving services and driving operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency lines, sales inquiries, and service requests through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to provide accurate assistance to clients.
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely and effective delivery of services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, handling RFQs, proposals, and emergency and non-emergency requests across all communication channels.
  • Oversee vendor and partner relationships to maintain reliable service delivery, collaborating with the Operations Manager on aircraft provider networks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and service providers, both locally and internationally, through partnership agreements.
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives such as newsletters, bulk SMS, and email campaigns to promote services and engage clients.
  • Manage tele-medicine support, data integrity, and regulatory compliance with patient information and supply inventory.
  • Regularly review tender platforms to identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with company goals.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years cognate in operations, healthcare, emergency response, aviation, or customer service roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and basic digital marketing; familiarity with tele-medicine/emergency protocols is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective client, vendor, and team interactions. Organization: Strong multitasking abilities to manage diverse tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. Problem Solving: Quick-thinking with an innovative approach to handling emergencies and client needs. Interpersonal Skills: Relationship-building abilities with clients, vendors, and medical facilities.
  • Business Orientation: Strategic mindset, focused on supporting team and company goals.
