Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager with exceptional operational and managerial skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our lounge.
The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our esteemed customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of success in the hospitality industry with experience in high-end guest service. Previous airport lounge experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse individuals.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team with fairness and empathy.
- Demonstrated ownership and commitment to achieving growth.
