Job Title: Learning and Development Officer.
Location: Ijebu-Ode, Sagamu-Ogun.
Job Description
- Assisting with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well as resolving any training-related issues that may arise.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs, and provide management with trainees’ program reports.
Requirements
- B.Sc./B.Tech./HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- Professional certification, e.g., ACIPM, SHRM, will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in an FMCG or a manufacturing company.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Salary Range
N2,9,000,000 – N3,500,000 / Annum.
