Job Summary
- REBHI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
- This position plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organisational policies.
- Maintain HR records and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote a positive organisational culture and staff well-being.
