Job Summary
- We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations who will be overseeing and optimising all aspects of the company’s operational processes.
- You will lead cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies that enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- This is a critical role that requires a visionary leader with a strong background in operations management, as well as the ability to execute complex business strategies and lead change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for operations.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Lead projects that drive operational efficiency and implement innovative solutions across the business.
Job Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. (A master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in a senior operations management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
