Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management for our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of Nigerian finance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and budgetary control.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting (Nigerian regulations & international standards).
- Manage cash flow, investments, capital expenditures, and asset registers.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial insights to senior management and the Board.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across subsidiaries.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- ACA, ACCA, or CFA certification (advantageous).
- 10+ years finance experience (5+ years senior finance role in oil & gas).
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate finance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Remuneration
N2,000,000 monthly.
