- We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our Administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. You will manage the reception area, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive, courteous and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct all phone calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services of the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain all office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Manage all meeting agenda and maintain the meeting rooms.
- Receive and sort all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain records of visitors and manage the visitor’s log books.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Manage and maintain all office supplies and inventory
- Ensure timely payment of bills and renewal of subscriptions.
- Manage and maintain the asset register.
- Support proper monthly spot check of office asset.
- Manage and maintain the store inventory.
- Carry out any other duty as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 2-3 years practical work experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skill and ability to be proactive at all time.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent Customer service experience. A certification in customer service is an added advantage.
- Have an understanding of architectural design and experience in construction industry is a plus.
- Must be Tech Savvy and also have an understanding all social media platforms.
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 / month.
