    Job Title: Financial Controller.
    Location: Lagos.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide overall guidance, leadership, and direction in the execution of financial activities within the company.
    • Oversee the development of yearly budgets and forecasts and provide prompt and accurate performance reporting to the management.
    • Anticipate and control financial risks by ensuring the availability of accurate financial data in line with business objectives.
    • Provide management with timely, complete, and accurate financial information for business decision-making.
    • Support management in the implementation of effective controls and ensure compliance with all statutory and technical accounting requirements.

     

    Your Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or Business-related fields.
    • Relevant professional certifications and memberships (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA).
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 4 years in finance leadership roles.

    Key professional attributes:

    • Integrity and excellent stakeholder management.
    • Strong business partnering and job ownership skills.
    • Assertiveness and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven leadership capabilities.
    • Expertise in digital finance (data & analytics).
    • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
    • Proficiency in financial reporting, Treasury, FP&A, and tax.
