    Job Title: Accountant.

    Location: Lekki, Lagos.
    Contract Type: Full-Time.

     

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive business growth.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and implement financial processes and controls.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions.
    • Prepare and submit tax returns (corporate and individual).
    • Conduct tax planning and optimization.

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
    • 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) an asset.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

    Must have:

    • ICAN certification or INVIEW.
    • Tax preparation and planning experience.
    • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations (e.g., income tax, VAT, PAYE).
