Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team in the food industry. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales within the industry.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the food/Fmcg industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
