The Role
- As an administrative assistant, you will be in charge of the day-to-day management of the business, help to keep the office running smoothly, and offer effective support services.
- You will coordinate and work with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the company.
Main Duties
- Daily office administration, including document management, telephone answering, and mail processing.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, travel, and activities, and prepare related materials.
- Maintain and update the company’s internal systems and databases.
- Assist in handling customer and supplier communications and contacts.
- Organize and manage the company’s daily office supply procurement and inventory.
- Handle daily administrative affairs and emergencies inside and outside the company.
Qualifications
- HND or degrees in administrative management, secretarial, or related majors are preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the medical industry is preferred.
- Proficient in office software (such as the Microsoft Office suite).
- Have excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Capable of multitasking and doing responsible, thorough work.
