Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Officer to expand our client base and drive sales in our recruitment services. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in high-value recruitment solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by securing recruitment projects and generating new client leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare and present engagement letters and proposals.
  • Conduct client searches and collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Meet revenue and invoicing targets while maintaining client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in full-cycle sales with a focus on recruitment services.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.

 

Benefits

  • N100,000 –  N200,000 Monthly
  • Commission on successful deals.
