Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

 

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
