Job Summary
- Generate leads through marketing activities.
- Initialize and manage the relationship with the customer.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, growth, opportunities, etc.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop a marketing plan that supports the company’s goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and Media partners.
- Develop and maintain various sales channels (emails, phone calls, online chat, etc.) to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate and participate in various conferences, product launch events, and other marketing-related activities.
- Answering client’s questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 per month.
