Job Description
- Our client requires the services of an administrative executive with prior experience in the job role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day office activities.
- Ensuring the office environment is organised and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Managing office equipment maintenance and ordering supplies as needed.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and other communications).
- Handling filing, documentation, and maintaining records both physical and digital.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Managing the PR-related activities.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director.
Education and Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of a Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a similar position.
- Must be able to coordinate all administrative matters.
- Ability to work under less supervision or no supervision.
- Ability to take initiatives.
- Must reside in Lagos on the mainland.
